Dave Archbell’s 2026 Calendars

Dave Archbell’s amazing bird calendars for 2026 are available at church. Cost $25.  The proceeds for these beautiful works of art go towards the Jean Archbell Memorial Fund – which helps us help newcomers.  The calendar makes a perfect Christmas gift for friends and family!

Holiday Hope

The great big sort of all those lovingly donated gifts for Holiday Hope is completed.  Many thanks to all who got their gifts in on time! Donations for the grocery gift cards are still appreciated!

This was an enormous project but all of you and the wider community came through, and we proved again that if asked, “Can we do this?”, the answer is a resounding, “Yes, we can!”

Thank you.  Please return your wrapped gift to the office by December 20th with the name of the recipient.  A greeting card from the people of St James will be included.

WEDNESDAY – COMPLINE – 9:15 p.m.

Compline is a short service of night prayer. The heart of Compline is the recitation of several psalms. There is a short reading from scripture, intercession, and time for reflection. It is a beautiful way to close out an active day. Compline is offered by St. James’ through Facebook to bring the community together.
