Built in 1912, this Edwardian style two and a half storey, 4 bedroom double brick home has an exterior clad in stucco. The original interior is in a restrained mission style with natural wood and plenty of light from the large windows. An addition on the back of the house 34 years ago, expanded the working kitchen to 700 square feet of living space. There are three fireplaces, two are original wood burning. The butler’s pantry houses dishes and glassware in original glass fronted cabinetry.
All the tree decorations are handmade – 1 set per year over the past 45 Christmases! David Winter houses create a beautiful Christmas village on the living room mantle.
